Review: I have purchased a lecture series, which was already included in my original subscription. I thought I would purchase and contact them regarding the issue. However, I have not been able to access the lecture series despite repeated contacts to the company and being told that my access has been activated.Desired Settlement: Would like access with expiration date recalculated accordingly.
