Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/05/04) */ Dear Revdex.com representative: I am responding to the complaint of [redacted] Our companies policies outline a no refund policy on new/used cellular devicesDuring the customers first visit to purchase the Samsung flip phone, our associate had stated during the point of sale process that we only offer exchanges or store credit for returned itemsThe customer had agreed to this policy and had continued to purchase this device on (04/01/15)On the customers second visit regarding strange noises that were coming from the device and also dropping phone callsOur associate offered to exchange the defective device for a brand new one just like the defective item the customer had brought backThe customer agreed and took the brand new device (04/08/15)The customer returned on 4/22/stating that the device had the same issuesThis time, the associate had waived the no refund policy and returned $to the customer for the device(Customer Return #***)Images enclosed show the first receipt for the inital purchase of the device on 04/01/15, the second receipt shows the exchange for a brand new device on 04/08/15, Point of Sale System customer return # [redacted] showing products returned, and a credit card machine receipt showing the returned funds to the customers cardThank you

had stated during the point of sale process that we only offer exchanges or store credit for returned items. The customer had agreed to this policy and had continued to purchase this device on (04/01/15). On the customers second visit regarding strange noises that were coming from the device and also dropping phone calls. Our associate offered to exchange the defective device for a brand new one just like the defective item the customer had brought back. The customer agreed and took the brand new device (04/08/15). The customer returned on 4/22/15 stating that the device had the same issues. This time, the associate had waived the no refund policy and returned $52.13 to the customer for the device(Customer Return #[redacted]). Images enclosed show the first receipt for the inital purchase of the device on 04/01/15, the second receipt shows the exchange for a brand new device on 04/08/15, Point of Sale System customer return #[redacted] showing products returned, and a credit card machine receipt showing the returned funds to the customers card.
