Review: Hi my name is [redacted] and Im having issues with my shady mechanic. Long story short I took my car to Futuristic Auto. My check engine was on so I took my car to Futuristic Auto and they told me it had something to do with my gas. I made a down payment for the part for my car on for 240.00 on 7/14/14 I waited a couple weeks because I needed to take time off from work to bring it in for the repairs. I finally took off on 8/18/14 and I took in for the repair that cost me 163.00. They repaired my car so I thought I didn't get to the highway before my check engine light came on again. It made me upset because I spent half the day at the shop and this happens. I call them and explain that that my light was on and I couldn't make it back to them because I work in the evenings. I took the following Saturday and yet again time was wasted it still was not fixed. I pulled off the lot and not even 5 minutes my light comes on again. I turned my car around went back to the lot and was asking what did you do because the car was not fixed. Im very upset at this point. The mechanic then tells me its nothing he can do right now bring it back next Saturday. At this point Im missing work on the weekends I work with the elderly on weekends to make my extra money. Im a single parent and struggle I just really want my car fixed. So they come to my job two weeks later pick my car and take back to the shop. He drops the car off and the same thing happens again. The light is back on my car. Ive bine calling and theres no answer for two weeks. They have bine promising me to come pick my car up and no response. The last time I heard for them was 2 weeks ago I haven't heard for them since. They have ignored and not return my call. I know 163.00 is not a lot of money but I paid it and expect service. Im asking only for the 163.00 for labor that was not satisfied. The part is supposed to be in my car that I spent 240.00 for. Please give me a call if you can ###-###-####.
