Review: I signed up for the driving lessons and road test and class. so I took three lessons with them which were 40 each and one was discounted so it only costed 35. I finished my lessons and 5 hour class and called may [redacted] 2015 for them to schedule my road test. I waited until July [redacted] and called back to ask hey whats going on with my road test .the lady asked for my name and my id number she said she couldn't find any road test schedule me being confused because I called in may and never received an email to confirm when my road test was

she then schedule it at that moment and gave me a date. I told her no this can't be done because ill be back in school by then. I've been scheduled this is crazy she then said well it you did schedule in may it would of been in aug still because it takes 6-8 weeks. I went back n counted from 6-8 weeks from may [redacted] with and with out the weekend days like Saturday and Sunday 6-8 weeks would have fell on July [redacted] but mind you their site says 2-3 weeks. so I asked her for a refund she said yes and clicked off. the road test was 80 with their car and to schedule the road test was 25 thats 105 dollars. I paid a total of 228 but I did the lessons and class so I didn't want the refund for that .they sent me a refund today for 63 dollarsDesired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO REFUND ME THE RIGHT AMOUNT

Review: I signed up with fuzion driving school on Dec **, 2013. The agreement was $245 for 5 lessons ( 45 mins each), car for road test and lessons and the prelicensing course. On Dec **, 2013, I paid $123 in which we agreed that I will get the prelicensing course and two road tests. And when the remaining balance of $122 is paid, I will get the 3 lessons and the road test. On March **, 2014 I paid the remaining balance of $122. The [redacted] had told me then to call her so that she can schedule the road test for me. Around the beginning of April, 2014, I called her and she told me she had scheduled me for April ** for the road. I then told her that my driving permit will expired on April ** and asked if I can still take the road test. She said that won't be a problem that I can still do the road test. Shen then asked me for when I would want to take the 3 lessons and I told her the same week as the road test. So, she scheduled for 2 lessons on April ** and 1 lessons in the morning of the road test.The problem is that the driving school wants to penalize me for 2 lessons because they are now claiming that I never told them that my driving permit was going to expired. Not only that I notified them 2 weeks in advanced, they also have a copy of my driving permit. So when she scheduled me for the 2 lessons it wasn't until I got to the car and the driver told me that he can't have me drive w/o a permit. I told him what the [redacted] had told me for the road test and to my understanding if she said I can take the road test then the lessons would not be an issue. To try to resolve this matter, I called and went to the office and spoke to the [redacted] today May**, 2014. She told me that the day that I spoke to her when she had scheduled me, she thought that I meant my prelicensing course was going to expired on the [redacted] of April. And I told her why would I say that b/c I just did the prelicensing course with them and clearly they should have a record of that.Desired Settlement: This has been a miscommunication and a mistake by the [redacted]. She said she did recall our conversation prior the scheduling, but she thought I meant the prelicensing course was expireing. I did do my part which was giving 2 wks noticed, but she went ahead and do the scheduling anyway. I believe it is the school's responsibility to provide its students with the right info bc we not only trust them with our money also with providing us with proper guidance. I want the 3 lessons or a refund.
