I am rejecting this response because: refund-there was not a Salon posting of "no refunds" on front door/window If Salon purports to be proficient in technique/service of Balayage, at the very least specialized services should be spelled
correctly on website As of 1/31/ "Bayaloge"/Balayage; "Omabre"/Ombre Optimally, certificates of specialized training should be posted, as in any other business providing a service There was no consulting on the part of the stylist, just "okay, okay, okay" The idea of "modify the service, until the client is satisfied" reeks of the common industry belief "fake it till you make it" This is unacceptable We paid $for a specialized service that was not acceptable Not $30, or $but $139.00! It is very disconcerting that this is even possible
