Our company is the sole source manufacturer of fiberglass surveyor's range poles supplied nationwide and overseas. We are the only source of these products designed and produced by our company.*** *** ordered 2-Apr-knowing we were missing a critical component of all poles.
They were informed a minimum delay of 8-weeks would occur. That delay continues at this time as we still await delivery of those needed parts on order from an outside fabricator. At this time we have over poles back ordered for established customers, all waiting arrival of the missing parts. As soon as parts arrive, all poles will be delivered in cue by date of order.We are a manufacturer and sell direct to end user customers. When supply issues occur for critical components, delays happen. As a manufacturer of products made to order, all orders are paid up front.Mr*** of *** *** is simply impatient. He has failed to recognize his position in cue with all others, and has demanded special treatment, immediate shipment as is we could produce the needed components out of thin air and/or refund without losing his place in cue with all other customersWe have offered to cancel his order, but he still wants his poles. Therefore he must wait like everyone else. Note, once parts arrive all back ordered poles will ship within four weeks
