Revdex.com:On 12/ [redacted] I received the emails from Fuzzy Wonderz confirming the cancellations of my two orders which also stated the refunds have been sent I checked [redacted] and the refund now appears It will take 2-days before the refund shows in my bank account for my credit card transaction This is in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Yes I did receive the items, but they were badly damaged One egg had partially hatched in the box and both eggs were cracked and had very visible wholes in it where you could see the product The return policy is a joke!! This company does not guarantee anything, in fact they have on their website that they are selling the toys as is I haven't checked the latest changes to the website in a week but every time I log in their their is something new or the words have been changed They have a massive return policy that says they will not accept any damaged or hatched eggs and want you the customer to pay for shipping to return the toy Then they say right in on their website if it is damaged they will not accept it and it will be returned to the consumer at their expense They fought my [redacted] claim and I highly recommend anyone who wants one of these toys to buy it from a retailer and not directly from this company They have an answer or a loophole for everything where it appears they have sent the egg and you can return it, they do not tell you that they will not accept the product and I do not know how this is allowed in this country!!! I will be contacting [redacted] and the federal trade commission today!! I am not the only customer who got eggs talking and badly damaged I got an email saying they would exchange the damaged egg and it takes you to a page where you have to agree that you have read, and accepted their return policy, which clearly states my egg will not be exchanged or replaced What a joke, this whole company is a joke and I am disgusted I spoke with Steve who guaranteed my eggs would arrive with a new shipping Styrofoam and UNDAMAGED!!! The eggs smelled like super glue and both my boys got their big present early because I was so worried the eggs were damaged or wouldn't work In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
