[redacted] is in brech of contract .to do this job he agreed to close his buisnees so I can complete the work in one month. he must closing the buisness to do work so I can meet all town codes and insurance requirments .we started the work that could be done with out shutting the buisness down ,when it was time to do that part of the shut down work he call the night before and said he will not cloose his buisness down and I will have to find another way to complate the work .I told him the town and my insurance will not allow me to do buisness in such a manner.I had to stop work do to these issues.

I am rejecting this response because: I am ready to close the business, if [redacted] from Fuzzy's Foam shows up and do the work. But after 5 months he is saying this reason. [redacted] never shows up to do the work. I already paid him $17,500 and he did not order any parts and he did not refund my money. [redacted] from Fuzzys foam hired for installing the hot Buffet stations and he did not order that hot buffet station after 5 months also.
