I ordered curbside pickup. The company was not answering their phone as advertised when we arrived for pickup. 2 other cars were trying to call as well. Two of us went in. My order was at 513. Pickup for 545. At 6 I went in and watched the employee drop a glass on the floor and break it. Pieces went into the dining area. A customer cleaned it up. Social distancing was not being practiced at all anywhere per state guidelines. The employee started complaining to customers about how busy she was. 4 people walked out because she wasn’t taking their order they have been waiting in line for 10 minutes that I stood there. I then asked her if my order was ready. She said no. I said OK I’d like a refund so I can just leave and go home. She got upset saying it wasn’t her fault I said I just want a refund so I can go home. She got mad and refused to refund me. She said I have to write down my name and information and they would get back to me. I told her I wanna documentation I was getting a refund then and she refused. I left without my food or a refund.
