This company is WORSE THAN TERRIBLE We were placed in a situation where their workers threatened us with physical harm They were DANGEROUS and if you hire this company, you are putting your life in jeapardy It is a scam and you will lose your money We got in touch with them and they put us on their schedule They were hard to get a hold of until the day before our move They then put us in touch with a handler His name was *** He seemed to be right on top of things and indicated that the two workers we hired would be there at 2PM on Wednesday, December The workers started calling us at 11AM indicating that they were ready to start We did not get their message until after we came out of the metal storage building we were in We returned their call and they wanted to start right away They were angry we had not returned their call earlier.We were not ready for them early They arrived anyway They immediately indicated that whatever deal we had struck with FWB, they were under no obligation to abide by that and they wanted $each for two hours of work They started work reluctantly after talking to [redacted] the handler at a area code (we were in Florida) It was a fight all the way and they complained about everything They indicated that they were professional movers and they would dictate how our rented truck was loaded That was not acceptable to us because we had different drop off points They also spent quite a bit of time on the phone with [redacted] the handler complaining about what they were being paid For the hour and a half they were there, one guy spent the majority of the time on the phone with [redacted] and the other worked a little In total, we got about minutes worth of work from one worker and minutes from the other Towards the end of the 1/hours, we asked them to leave and they refused, jumped on our truck, told us to get off our truck, and insisted on $100/each or we could not have possession of our truck back We had to call the police When we got the police on the phone, they jumped in their car and left These people were threatening, intimidating, and are dangerous Since all this happened, I have not been able to get FWB on the phone They obviously have caller ID and will refuse to answer their phone for any current customer If you hire this company, you are putting your well being in a dangerous situation These people deserve a negative rating

Unable to get a response from the company rep No email, text, phone call response They have taken my deposit without any service
I contacted FWB to set up moving help The number called was XXX-XXX-XXXX according to the website After speaking to a lady, the appointment time was set up to be Thursday, March 29, at 9:a.m On March 27, I received an automated email confirming my time to be Wednesday, March 28, 2018, which was incorrect I tried the above phone number, which in now no longer in service I have sent numerous emails to the address on their website and have received no response trying to get the 28th day changed for service
Because I could not reach anyone, the 28th date standsI expected someone to show up this morning at 9:a.m., however, that did not happen
I also have services scheduled for Sunday, April 1, 20`in StCharles, MO, which I am cancelling and obtaining other services

The movers never showed up I have still not received a refund and they also refuse to pay for the Uhaul I rented for the move
On June 2, 2017, I paid FWB Moving Labor a deposit of $on a credit card to have movers for hours on June for a move in Belvidere, ILOn June 13, I made the remaining payment of $on a credit cardI ordered the service over the phone and made the deposit and payment through an an invoice email that the representative sent me
The morning of June 14, I contact the XXX-XXX-XXXX main line confirming my movers from 12pm to 4pm that day
I was advised that I needed to pay an additional $because the Rockford, Illinois office had some sort of issue and now they needed to send the movers from Chicago I stated I didn't think that was fair I was told they would take care of it and that the movers would indeed be out as scheduled
At am the actual drivers called me from XXX-XXX-XXXX stating they were on their way and might be minutes

No confirmation of the service booked-mover had no experience One employee came 2hrs late and I was still charged in full and demanding payment
I set up an apt for movers for hrs at $weeks before my move on Sat 30th
I never got confirmation and left so many phone calls and emails just to assure that the service was bookedI didn't get a reply until the day before the move while I was already searching for other options
Then on the day of the move one of the guys didn't show up at all, and his replacement showed up almost 2hrs late!
The one guy that was there on time had NO experience at all, he told us it was his first day and honestly, he had no idea what to do or what to move...he needed constant guidance that added stress and created more work!
Besides all that, during the move, I received numerous calls 8-to figure out where the missing guy was, he's minutes away I was told each time, but it was almost hrs into the time before he showed upThe worst of i

FWB will not return phone calls and will not answer E-mailsWe paid up front and the promised workers arrived earlier than we needed them, did not work for the promised amount of time, and left us with more than half the work still undoneThis company is a total scam

This company is TERRIBLE!!! I regret not checking the Revdex.com rating prior to booking them! They DO NOT train their movers and they said that they were insured and bonded and they won't pay or even send me a claim form or a contact person! They broke a box spring and scratched and scuffed even more furniture! Terrible terrible terrible! I would have been better of finding local friends of friends to pay to move me! I'm just so disgusted!!!! I wish there was an option for a star rating!

AVOID AT ALL COSTSWe hired them to load our truck in NYC and then unload it in FloridaHalf the hired team showed up in NYCThe dispatcher then hired two random additional workers on CraigslistThose guys showed up hours late and started fighting with the first two workersOne of the workers was doing drugs in our bathroomThe job took hours longer than it was supposed to
When we arrived in Florida I was unable to make contact with anyone at the company, so we ended up having to hire a different company, and they refused to refund our money! We disputed the charges and they lied and claimed that they had actually showed up and completed the jobThese guys should be in jail
