FX Fitness has contacted me and we have resolved my issueThank you*** ***
Stop the harassing phone calls, send me a reasonable renewal bill, like $a year for years, with the membership starting on the date it is paid, and I won't sue you for breach of contract and fraud
I have been a member for a lot of years at this location Music played currently, in enclosed Weight Room is amplified , and well beyond an acceptable level Hard to concentrate on LIFTS and decimal DAMAGING to ear Most people in room have their own headphones Older people do not last long in room , due to amplified music Complaining has NEGATIVE RESULTS Also , type of music is GHETTO SCREAMING , depending who is at desk , playing with their cellphones Obviously bad experience 2nd floor music in not as loud due to larger square footage I would suggest somebody monitoring for approximately hour in morning in weight room location Heating and air conditioning issues in weight and mens locker room for last years Air is STAGNATE an UNHEALTHY Bacteria levels questionable Outdoor Pool in desperate need of paint that was overlooked another year
Mr*** has not properly corresponded with the company nor the facility and its customer service department to have this issue handledWe will take this complaint as his official cancellation notice and he is therefore no longer a member with us
They don't have the authority or the right to cancel my lifetime membership for which I paid 17.00 a year. I want a reasonable yearly membership. Make me an offer. I understand this so called company was started by two St Ignatius graduates. I work with many St. Ignatius graduates on the Cleveland Fire department and I will be pursuing all potential remedies to pay you back for your tortuous behavior.
Member stopped into the facility on the 1st of October to speak with management and the complaint has been taken care of

We will contact Mr*** in regards to this complaint and explain why the increase has occurred and what options are available to him
