I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10748181, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I am not the only person complaining of this type of behavior and while the information from YOUR computer was shared no one would listen to anything I saidIn those recordings you will also hear where the payment arrangement was then and in days not hours and the mishap at my bank was due to you or your employees ignorance both of which you are accountable for and as far as the routers I HAVE the router that did indeed catch fire in my kitchen due to the techs installIt was repaired only to go out again and with about weeks of no internet were refused any prorating when it happenedWe were told that the computer couldn't do that. I have no doubt that with how your business is run you have had many issues of this sortThe owner has even resorted to attacking people who speak out about his business practices and employee problems in publicI understand that starting a new business is hard and dealing with people is tuff but there is no reason to barrel ahead trampling anyone who gets in your way without even hearing them out or admitting you or your computer made a mistakeYour own recordings recorded an arrangement for paymentIt coming out just hours later was not authorisedI am making sure others know this is a possibility while looking to your company for service. I thank you for your time and carefully considered words in this matter.

We have received your request for assistance directed to the above referenced agenciesFyberCom is committed to the products and services we offer, but more importantly the customers we serve each and every dayThank you for the opportunity to respond to your concernsIn your summaries to the
agencies, you write that our company took more money then you authorized, You further write that our installers, when they installed your service they started your router on fire, in addition to this that one of our employees hung up on you after you asked for our legal representations infoWe regret you feel like we took more money then you agreed to, and that you feel that it is our fault for a mishap with your router and a misunderstanding on the phone call you hadAt your request, we reviewed the comments, listen to the recored phone call's and found that you were three months past due on your account, and because of this delinquency the system automatically pulled the past due amountAs a reminder you signed an agreement that states we have permission to pull what is owed to us as it is owedAlso we found that the router mishap was not really your router but our piece of equipment and that said piece of equipment did not in-fact catch fire as you claim but had a capacitor go out on the POE and that is why the POE stopped workingIn addition, no proof was found after listening to the phone recording's that the representative's did not give you the information you asked forIn-fact he gave you the name of the attorney and told you that after being threatened with legal action he is to terminate the call, then he discontinued the call as instructed by our employee manualYou then called back in seconds later and asked a different representative for the same information and it was freely given to you, and the call was ended professionally. FyberCom, as an internet provider cannot refund money that is owed to them after the money has been collectedWe understand the this impact can cause issues with overdraft fees and the frustration you may be feelingAs a courtesy to you, we shared your concerns with management at the branch you are service by and found that they were more then willing to work with you but felt that they were being threatened from the first moment you called in to the moment you threatened to call an attorneyWe know this is likely not the response you expected but remain hopeful you will recognize this to be a personal matter between you and your financial institutionThank you again for sharing your concerns and for allowing us to respondSincerely,FyberComIdaho Falls Team

This was resolved with the customer 2 weeks ago.

I have been advised to not respond or communicate with this customer by our attorney. she is wrong and has gotten the Revdex.com involved in something they have no business in.

Please remove and update this as we have spoken with and worked out the issues with this customer over a week ago  it was an unfortunate misunderstanding that has been taken care of. [redacted] told us he sent this in the same day we spoke with him and he did know how to retract it please remove this...

complaint as that was his promise to us.[redacted]

This Customer is one who obviously doesn't know what he is talking about, to run fiber to his home out in the middle of nowhere would cost close to $1 million plus, we explained to him how the fiber is run to the tower and then we connect him wirelessly, as for his speed he was paying for a 20mbs...

connection and when he tests his network he may have seen 2-5mbs on his test because there are other devices on the network running, i.e kids playing games, spouse on Facebook,, things like that, so what he was seeing in his test is what was left over of his 20mbs. the general public doest not understand that when the purchase 20mbs thats the total for the home, all devises then share that 20mbs connection.. I have attached a screen shot from the time of installation showing the link is capable of much more then he claims and proves he is a liar, he agreed to the contract and all fees but was un willing to help educate him on how it works. Customer would not allow any trouble shooting to truly help him, we tried and he refused,, as for his fees we allowed him out of his agreement and the cost involved so this complaint is just a load of crap and if this customer wants to pursue this then we will be forced to invoke our contract including our non-disparagement clause and we will forced to charge him the $1800 plus attorney fees when I file with the state.
