I was charged multiple times for a trial and then charged for a magazine subscription I did not orderThis resulted in multiple overdraft fees amongst the other fees for this membership I did not know about

I usually don't complain about my experience with stores, but, I'm really upset with the store in the Eastwood Mall in Niles OhioThey mismarked a Star Wars record at a sale price of $14.99, and would not honor the priceI left and will not be backI have bought over $worth of merchandise thereSo sadThey also signed my daughter up for magazine subscriptions without her concent, that happened about a year ago

I recently ordered two items from FYE three weeks ago going into a monthI have been having back and fourth email conversations with their customer service becuase they don't have a phone number to talk toThey sent me the wrong item and I just recently sent it back, and then they sent me the wrong item again, and still has not come up with a solution with meAll they have been saying is that they are contacting one department of their business and then I wait a couple more days and their saying they are contacting anotherI also recently found out that they have cancelled the second item I purchased and did not even inform meThis is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced and these items were gifts for someoneI believe as a paying customer they should respect me with me dignity and time than making me wait for almost a month to come up with a solution to something as simple as thisI also believe from all the time and money (from emailing them and going out my wa

Review: I visited the F.Y.E store at [redacted] in [redacted] DE Store [redacted] and the associates name as it appear on the receipt is [redacted] Its the first time I go to F.Y.E and the associate offer me what he said a was free rewards card! I asked him is there was any hidden fee or any charge whatsoever I did asked him multiple times and he said its free no charge! I accepted but when I read the pamphlet at home it said its $11.99 a month!! I have called to cancel this lied they offered because the said they will take it directly out of my bank! without my consent but they said they are unable to cancel the membership.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop the membership and take my credit card info out of their system which I never gave permission to use in the 1st place

Review: I went shopping in December at an FYE store. Recently, I noticed monthly charges to FYE on my credit card statement (January - April) for 11.99 per month. I had to [redacted] this to find out what is was for. I have no idea what this is and have never received any mail or information regarding this. I have never used this service or received any benefits from it. I called the company and advised. They said they will cancel the membership but would not credit back any of the fees that they charged me.Desired Settlement: I want all four charges credited back to me. $11.99 X4 = 47.96

Review: December 2013 shopped at FYE in [redacted], NJ. Cashier asked me if I wanted a savings discount card and I asked if it was free and she said Yes. I signed my receipt and left the store. Today I found out from my bank that Fye has been charging me for this "Free" savings discount card since February 2014 at $11.99 per month!I was told it was Free (not just Free that day and that I would be charged a ridiculously high monthly fee!) Retailers give savings cards out all the time for Free and I was misled into believing that this was the same deal. I was NEVER told that I would be charged a fee every month for who knows how long. This is fraud. I want my money back Fye. I want my $83.93 returned to me immediately and you will never charge me another monthly fee for this fraud. This is unconscionable that you would do this to your customers! You know exactly what you are doing by misleading your customers. How many people out there have you scammed with this? I demand my money back now and that you do not attempt to charge me any more. I will no longer shop at your store knowing that this is the type of organization that you are.Desired Settlement: I want my $83.93 returned to me immediately and Fye will never charge me another monthly fee for this fraud.
