Our expectation is for GA B*** to address the remaining deficiencies which were documented in our initial complaint under the section "Desired Resolution" which stated to finish the job and included specific items:Repair the cracked grout around the vanitiesRepair the cracked grout in the floor tileReplaced damaged/blemished backsplash tile border with provided spareRepair the commode room door to open/close without interferenceRepair the shower floor to drain properly and address the premature wear aspects of the shower floor (grout wearing away and recessed floor tiles).Regarding the shower, two contractors have stated that the floor must be completely torn out and rebuilt, which may in turn necessitate replacement of the shower walls as well. A direct quote from one contractor is as follows: "After reviewing the pictures it appears that the floor has no substantial baseRepairing this will entail tearing out the entire shower and starting overThe things that can be salvaged are the faucet assemblyframing, and the shower door."Given the personal attacks in MrB***'s response to the complaint, we are no longer comfortable with him in our homeAs a result, our expectation is for MrB*** to reimburse us up to $15,for the work needed to tear out and replace the shower, plus additional monies as needed to repair the remaining items listed above.Please advise on the next step.*** ***

MR *** stated that I used subs for his concrete and stucco on his garage ,and that is true because I don't due stucco and concretewhat I do no is that this guy is on a witch hunt to try and find something wrong that is what he has done since the start of the projecthe stated that he brought in two tile professionals to look at the project and they both stated the tile needed sealedif they were true professionals they could have seen that we used a silicone based grout which never needs sealed, attached is a picture if the product and it states on the front never needs sealedmaybe his professionals are still using the old water based grout because it is a third of the cost and it will crack and flake.I do take offence to a lot of these accusations from Mr *** because I have been in the trades all my life and never had a complaintas far as a resolution ,there is still an out standing balance of dollars on his accounthe can keep it and quit this nonsence, his bath is fully fuctionalble and they have been using it since I buit it

IN RESPONCE TO *** *** COMPLAINT WE HAVE MORE THAN WENT OUT OF OUR WAY TO MAKE THIS CUSTOMER HAPPY WE REPLACED THE ENTIRE BATH FLOOR AFTER WE INSTALLED IT BECAUSE HE DID’NT LIKE THE COLOR HE PICKED OUTALSO WE REPLACE MANY OF WALL TILE BECAUSE HE DID’NT LIKE THE COLORALSO I REPLACED
THE SHOWER FLOOR BECAUSE HE DID’NT LIKE THE WAY IT DRAINED.I DID A BUILT IN CABINET THAT HE WANTED PAINTED TO MATCH HIS TRIM AND WHEN I INSTALLED IT HE WANTED ME TO STAIN IT AND I SAID NO ENOUGH IS ENOUGHHE SAID THE SHOWER FLOOR WAS’NT DRAINING RIGHT BUT WHEN I WENT IN AND LOOKED THE JOB OVER EVERY THING WAS VERY SATISFACTORY AND THE SHOWER DRAINED JUST FINEHE HAS BEEN THE MOST ARROGANT AND CONDESCENDING CUSTOMER I HAVE EVER HAD BUT AFTER YRS IN THE BUSINESSN I GUESS I FINALLY FOUND THE PERSON WHO IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE EVEN HIS WIFE TOLD ME HE WAS REDICULOUSEWE INSTALLED A SOLAR LIGHT IN THE SAME BATH AND HE WANTED ME TO GET MORE LIGHT THRU IT, REALLY WHAT PART OF SOLAR LIGHT DO YOU NOT UNDER STANDI PERSONALLY BELIEVE HE HAS SOME BIGGER ISSUES AND AS FAR AS HIS COMMENT ABOUT ME NEEDING MONEY IT WAS MONEY HE OWED FOR CHANGES AND ADD ONS, HE WAS VERY SLOW TO PAY TRU OUT THE HOLE PROJECT BUT ALL THE CHANGES IS WHAT MADE THE JOB TAKE LONGERMY BUSINESS IS VERY FINANCIALLY SOUND AS FAR AS GOING BACK TO DO MORE FOR HIM I FEEL WE HAVE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND LIKE I SAID HE HAS BIGGER ISSUESHERE ARE SOME PICS OF THE WORK SO YOU CAN SEE FOR YOUR SELF
