concerns as t understood them were: The ridge vent does not extend to the edge of the roof.A vent stack appears to have been broken during the installation.I was able to address the ridge vent using a Google street view dated August 2014. This image shows the location of the ridge vent. The original positioning and the vent we installed are in the same location, both are per manufacturers specifications.I advised Mrs. [redacted] I would have to check with the installer in regards to the vent stack and get back to her, I phoned Mrs. [redacted] on March 8 and left a message requesting her to return my call so that we could discuss the vent stack. She did not return my call. I also left messages on;1. March 22 @ 1:35pm2. March 24 @ 3:35pm3. March 28 @ 12:11pm4. April 3 @ 3:05pm5. April 4 @ 4:47pm6. April 5 @ 9:55amMy finding in regards to the vent stack is that it was not damaged. [redacted] had mentioned that it looks shorter. This would be due to an updated style of pipe flashing collar that has been installed. Less of the metal vent pipe is exposed, there is a larger rubber collar compared to the one she had on the roof prior. I have been unable to reach [redacted] or [redacted] to discuss these items or arrange a time to visit them in person to address any additional concerns, specifically the issues mentioned in their letter to the Revdex.com. These include "The shingles are not lying right. No wood was replaced as promised. ...They put flashing over flashing around the chimney. They left the gutters full of debris."Omega Home improvements is committed to everyone of our customer's 100% satisfaction and I would like the opportunity to meet with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] personally regarding their roof project.Edward T[redacted]Director of Logistics Omega Home improvements Inc.
