When Mr [redacted] brought in his Tundra originally, the cab lights had already been installed by a different shop The roof of the vehicle was covered in silicone, was dented and scratched, and the lights had water in them We recommended that he swap them out for a different type, such as Recon These are similar in design to the ones already installed With his permission, we cleaned up the roof of the vehicle, removed the old lights and installed the Recon cab lights that he brought to the shop However, we did use different screws than were provided with the kit because the ones provided tend to strip quite easily If the customer would like, we can replace said screws with factory replacements He returned to our shop with a complaint of water in the lights, claiming that an o-ring on a screw was damaged However, there is silicone under the cab lights to seal the roof The lights had condensation in them, but this was not caused by the installation The lights are sealed by the factory, and there is no way to take them apart We strive to satisfy our customers, and have attempted to contact Mr [redacted] to rectify this issue Unfortunately, the home number provided has been disconnected and the cell phone did not have a voice mailbox set up Thank you, Bart Steed
