Wrongfully charging move out fees to most residents who change apartments.
During the summer of 2016. Currently I am facing $180 in move out fees and I have not even been told what for. Because I reported extra people (not students) living in one room with a dog which infected the apartment with fleas. We reported in numerous times without any resolution
I believe this business continues to scam college students on a move out basis and will continue to do so if something is not done about it.
