When he called our salesman and our servicedepartment, both told him to bring the Jeep in and they would look at it. He never called back.He never brought the Jeep in. Review: This is the email that I have sent to the used car dealer:Attached please find a list of things we have had to purchase to TRY to fix the 2004 Dodge Durango that we purchased from Tom at the beginning of August of 2014. Since the date of purchase we have had issues with the vehicle. We, myself and my husband [redacted], have called numerous times. As of today, we have not received a call back. We have purchased everything from sensors, hoses, PCM module that someone from G & G Auto said they would help purchase, to a remanufactured engine that was NOT covered by the warranty as it was due to a bent valve, new torque converter and radiator. Not to mention all new fluids and hoses, battery, injectors and miscellaneous other things. The latest thing, is that the vehicle broken down on me on my way to work on Saturday, December 6, 2014. We thought we had fixed the issue and it broke down again that day on my way home from the store, in the dark, in the rain with three children in the car on the road. I had a young couple help me push it off the road.I am very disappointed in your customer service. There are several things that I believe we were misinformed about. One being that we were supposed to be given $500 for our van, not $300. We were NOT told that the warranty was added on to our loan, we also were not told how the warranty worked. As of today, Monday, December 08, 2014 we have not received a call back from anyone trying to assist with this terrible purchase we feel we have made. We have spent just as much money trying to fix this vehicle as we signed the loan for.Desired Settlement: I would like several things to resolve this issue. 1st a call back by owners. 2nd reimbursement for ALL expenses that we have incurred on our own because "they" couldn't figure out what was going on with the Durango. I have spent in repairs just as much as I have signed a loan for. As of this date, December 9, 2014 we are still having issues. We have replaced some of the parts of the engine numerous times. I am out so much money that I am unable to purchase Christmas presents for my 4 children.
