I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear because,Good Morning. I just wanted to follow up with a complaint that Ifiled yesterday. I read the response from the business owner and Ijust wanted to say a few things in my defense. I never called himyelling. I was ver cordial on the phone. He was the one screaming atme. I have witnesses to this phone call and also tried to record iton my phone. I hung up on him because he was being so disrespectfuland rude, not what you would expect from a year business owner...I do have only a partial recording that was saved. As far as mesaying that I could not bring the car back down there he twisted mywords around as well. He asked why I didnt bring the car back downthere when it was overheating. Now that question obviously answersits self. I told him I was able to have a friend rig the fans so itwas driveable, he could have offered to fix it correctly and when Imentioned it he started calling me names just like the low blows inthe response he sent to me via Revdex.com. I thought you were an adult itsnot my fault your a single mom etc. He is also lying about it being 3months it has only been a week into mths the car was purchased FEB.24. I have a car fax that he reported work being done to that wasnever done to the car any mechanic could look and explain this to methe brakes were not new if they were why were they worn down weeksinto owning the car no amount of driving could have worn them downthat fast and I have put very few miles on the car. I explained why Ididnt call right away but in addition to that I didnt want to be apain over small repairs but now I am finding out not even days intoowning the car there are very serious issues that he had to have knownwere there when it was sold to me. The wiring the fans, the AC doesntwork, in addition I think I forgot to mention in the first letter bothcalipers were frozen and had to be pounded out in addition to themillions of other things I already stated. None of this should behappening in less than mnths. At least he could offer to fixit!!!!!!! He still isnt even offering to do that.I can also send copies of the car fax and title to prove date of purchase As well as the witnesses to the phone call and partial recording Might I add when the car was sold he said it was in great running condition no further repairs needed I understand he sells USED cars thats part of the reason I was patient in calling now this is rediculas as well as the treatment I am getting Iam not making any accusation the repairs and condition of the car are truthful I just can not understand why he still won't offer a resolution Which he never did He never told me to bring the car back in and he would fix it because I gladly would have now that I have paid over a hundred dollars just to stop it from overheating That is not even the correct repair just a quick fix to hold me over.Thank You for your time,*** ***

I HAVE BEEN IN BUSSINESS 14 YEARS AND ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF MY CUSTOMERS AFTER THE SALE WITH IN A REASONABLE TIME. THESE ARE USED CARS FOR UNDER $4000.00. I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY TO TAKE CARE OF THESE ISSUES AS THEY OCCURED. I HAVE RECIEPTS FOR WORK THAT I DID TO THE CAR BACK IN JANUARY WHICH INCLUDE 1 NEW STRUT, ALL NEW PLUGS AND WIRES, AND OIL CHANGE. Review: I purchased a car from G&G Auto located at [redacted] I purchase a 2009 Kia Sorento LX 4WD. I purchase it on 5-23-14. The day I drove it off the lot the check engine light came. I took it back to the car lot and they said it was an old code that was not cleared out. It came on again on 5-24-14 and I took it to Advance Auto and they hooked up a machine that reads codes and said it was the Crankshaft Positioning Sensor. I took the car back to G&G on 5-26-14 and they said the car had the wrong oil in it, so they said they change the oil. When in fact all they did was diconnect the check engine light. It does not even come on when you start the car. My wife had to go to VA to pick up her daughter and the car went into limp mode over 10 times on the way home. Image her fear when the car is not going any where and people are bearing down on her at 65-70 miles an hour on 17 North, the PA Turnpike, and on 99. Took the car back 6-2-14 to G&G Auto and they check it out and made an appointment with Courtesy Kia for 6-6-14. They told me it would not cost anything and that the problem was a recalled part. I took it to Courtesy Kia and all they did was a diagnostic test and said the engine needs tore down and the timing belt replace as well as the Crankshaft Positioning Sensor. They would not know what else needed done until they tore down the engine. They could not give me a price on any of it either. Then they said I had to pay them $42.50, which I then called G&G that they said it would be at no charge. G&G said they would call me back, and they left me sitting there for over an hour, and Courtsey Kia called them and then I was giving the keys back. G&G never called me back, so I called their car lot at [redacted] ###-###-####

on 6-9-14, they said they would call, and never heard from them. The fact that they would disconnect the check engine light and not address this issue, is shady business. They know of this issue from day one. They put my wife and children at risk by not addressing the issue. They are suppose to be getting scratches repair on the doors which I have and IOU for. They will not return any of my calls.

I would like the car fix.Desired Settlement: If they don't want to address this issue I would like the $2000.00 I put down on the car and they can have the car back with out hurting my credit.

Review: this company is a bunch of liars and are crooked from the top to the rmed . [redacted] and [redacted] enterprise are the owners of g&g auto. they lie and scam everyone. the salesman informed us at the day of purchase that our issues of the air condition and any other would be addressed by their garage. a week after ownership the service engine light came on and I informed the garage of that and greg the shop guy said to wipe the gas cap to assure a good seal.that never worked. then started the chain of trying to get that figured out along with the air/heat. back and forth with this and trying to get my car under complete care as it should have been when I purchased it. the mechanic openly admitted to my wife and I that the car was not looked at before it was put on the lot. they are now claiming it is fixed but now I have a fee and a deductible to pay all for things that they failed to take care of in the beginning .Desired Settlement: take care of the issues and satisfy the customer as you should have done in the beginning and I not be responsible for any of their neglected ways.

Review: I bought a vehicle and after having it less than 2 months it started having major issues. After going back and forth with G and G I finally was told to take it to [redacted]n and they found numerous issues and the vehicle was completely unsafe.Desired Settlement: As of 06/13/2014 I will have paid $4140 toward this vehicle, this includes the down payment and the payments I have made toward the loan, the loan is through a company they deal with. I will also be paying almost $200 just to get the car back from [redacted].

Review: I bought a 2002 [redacted] from them at the end of Feb. 2015. Since Feb. I have had to replace brakes, a water pump belts. 2 batteries because something is running in the cars engine draining the battery. The car overheats because the fans do not work. There is a wireing problem that causes the turn signals and hazard lights not to work. It also needs back brakes struts rotors and a left wheel bearing. When I bought the car I was told there was no problems that it had a tune up which it had not come to find out because all the plugs are bad.. I was also told that it had new brakes which was a lie and there are more problems on this car that I can afford to fix not to mention the inspection is up at the end of May and it is never going to pass. I bought the vehical from them because they are friends of a friend. I am a single mom with kids and he knew this when I purchased the vehical. I guess I was an easy target not to mention I crossed 2 state lines to buy it so he knew I would never be able to bring it back down there if something went wrong. There is a warranty that I got with the car but it covers none of these issue amazingly. I called them today because I was fed up I just missed another 2 days of work because of the car overheating and spent 100 dollars to find out the fans do not work. The owner was very rude yelling at me actually because I did not bring the car back down there after the first problem. I tried to explain to him I was trying to save face with my friend but now I am fed up and how am I going to drive 2 states with a car overheating so then he went on to say there is nothing he can do I should have brought it back down there 2 months ago. I have a warranty call them. Really all I was looking for was an apology or any small thing to make it right a free inspection even I dont know he was just rude and ignorant and broght me to tears. This is my last chance to try an make it right.Desired Settlement: I am hoping maybe I can get the wiring and repairs done on the car that need done even if I have to drive it down there. I got it to stop everheating because a friend rigged the fans but its not the proper way. At least get it to pass inspection. He told me it was a good reliable car and it is not. I have never been so upset and dissatisfied in my life I dont know what me and my kids will do now. I will really be happy if the issues with the car are just fixed.
