I am aware of the situation and I am doing all that I can at this point to solve the situation as soon as possible.I also have to say opportunities were given to the customer and friend to pick up a car in that range of price with an option for a balanceMitsubishi Galant for 4500$ not affordableNissan Maxima for 3000$ which customer refusedNissan Sentra for 4500$ which customer refused.At this point, I am working on selling one of the refusal and come up with enough of his 3000$ and refund the money.Two cars have been at the Auction for sell and we are waiting for the outcome of the transaction to disburst the money withouth any delay.The customer and friend are very collaborating and I must do all my best to solve the situation with no harm to them and keep our relationship in a positive term

Review: On 07/**/14 I gave $3000 to the [redacted] of the business to buy a used car for my friend which I have the proof of the transaction. I supposed to receive the car 2 weeks later when he came back from an auction. 2 weeks turned into months and I never received the car. The past 2 months I tried to call him, left him messages, I went to the business location so many times, he is nowhere to be found.Desired Settlement: I would like my $ 3000 back.
