Review: I used contractor G & Z Roofing for a roof issue, which was finished. They were also to do work on the ceiling in my kitchen. They claimed the deal with the company who they were going to subcontract the work to fell through. They have never completed the work or refunded me the money paid to them.Desired Settlement: I request either the repair finished or money that was to be used for said repair to be refunded.

Mr. [redacted], I spoke with Mr. [redacted] this afternoon. He is correct in that we were paid to make repairs to the interior on the insurance claim. I don’t see anything in the file, labor pay requests or material, to indicate that we made the interior repairs. However, his numbers are off slightly. He agrees that we owe him a refund of $2514.81. I will be sending out a check for this amount on Friday 6/19/15. Mr. [redacted] said that he is satisfied with this agreement.
