Review: new furnace and A coil installed 8/2013.Since use with cold weather now ,heater has increased noise and banging- frequently and rattle.Also issues with heat/cold within the home and overall furnace function.There may also be an issue with the returns. Company aware. Is under warranty contract 5 years labor and 10 years parts.They will not provide evaluation or answer calls to discuss a check of the product and function. Paid in full. Initially promised visit -now no response by phone or email.They stated that they have difficulty coming to my area - not convenient for their business and that it is not an emergency. The company is located in the same local area- Once sold, installed and paid in full- they no longer will honor the contact for parts and labor to even evaluate.Desired Settlement: Want system evaluated- was paid in full- has warranty.
