Review: This company didn't return calls when they got my deposit. They didn't show up or call on day of promised service. I waited all day for them. It was [redacted] to install my gutters. They relented to a discount of [redacted] for my inconvenience thus making the final bill [redacted]. Then the next day they came out but didn't complete the installation. It has been since July and the job is not completed and they keep saying it's my fault for asking the employee instead of them to come back. Their employee promised to come back to finish this so I trusted him to come back. It's their employee who made the promise, it's not my fault to expect the employee to not lie to me. So the [redacted] of this company have not returned emails or phonecalls. Then today 9/25 /13 the [redacted] finally called and said he is not going to do the work and that he doesn't care about any bad reviews because he is so successful it won't matter. He was blameful of me for trusting his employee. What else was I supposed to do? That was who his represantative was here doing the job. I believed he would come back. He, the [redacted], also was mad at me for my insinuating that they might have a drug problem because after 3 months it started to look that way. They just don't respond or care and leave jobs unfinished. His employee told me he, the [redacted] "Took a sabbatical" which implied to me that there was a dependency problem with alcohol;? or worse? I admit that made him mad but it also was the only thing that actually got a response from this company. I am very dissatisfied and now I have to call a new company to come out to complete the job. This company does not return phone calls or emails. There is very poor communication. I wish I had known before hiring them and trusting them to do my gutter job Also there is a barn out back that they were going to give me an estimate to tear down. I didn't hear anything from them for 14 days and then a [redacted] appeared in my driveway to remove my electric meter from that barn. I was like "WHAT??" " Who told you to remove my electric meter.?" They said G and G. called to have it done.' How dare they call the [redacted] to remove my electric meter when I haven't even got an estimate to tear down the building yet? What a really bad experience with this company. I wish I had known. I am so regretful that I found them on [redacted]. I will never trust that service again either.Desired Settlement: I will not allow them on my property because they have attitude problems. I don't like the way I was spoken to and for him to refuse to come back to finish is just appalling to me. I will have to hire another company to finish the job OR remove all that they did and replace it all. Either way, they must pay for the work and pay me something for my aggravation and time wasted on this.

Spoke with the business , [redacted] He states that he has been in contact with the customer. He states that the customer was unhappy with part of the work done but the business fixed the problem.

Review: In feb 2013 I paid them 6500$ for a new roof, 2 new skylights and new gutters. Also they were to replace wet boards under roof from previous leak. In dec 2013 the roof started leaking over my screened in porch. I contacted them and they sent workers out to caulk the skylight where it was leaking. Jan 2014 the roof began to leak and cause water damage to my ceiling in the kitchen around the other skylight. I called them and they sent workers to caulk the other skylight. Feb 7 2014 the ceiling began to leak again around the skylight in the kitchen. [redacted] said he would send workers out on feb 10 between 1and 3 to fix it. Nobody showed up on feb 10 and I have called and left several messages with no response and I have emailed them several times with no response. The workmanship has a 15yr warranty. The water damage on my kitchen ceiling is getting worse with every rain and snow. I have put plastic bags and a tarp to attempt to reduce this damage since the company is not responding.
