When the repair to my wheel well fell apart five days after it had been completed, I explained to the manager that this, in combination with other interactions at his organization, left me extremely dissatisfied. He offered to repair some scratched paint on my car door at no charge as a sign of good faith. I accepted gratefully. When I arrived at the shop for the repair, he said that he had "changed his mind" and would no longer make the repair. He broke our verbal agreement. I find this dishonorable, dishonest, and disgraceful. G & B Collision does not operate with integrity. Beware to all who encounter this repair shop.
