Our technicians explanation and photos make it clear that the counter top and side support for the counter are in in need of repair before we can remove the dishwasher to complete the recall maintenanceAs I have explained to you several times, this repair will have to be done by
either a handyman or carpenter at your expense before the dishwasher can be removedThe part (power cord) that has to be replaced in the dishwasher is supplied by the manufacturer as part of a large national recall.and has to be installed by a authorized service provider for the manufacturer due to liabilities, therefor we have been asked not to leave behind any power cords that have not been installedAs I have explained to you several times, have the counter top repaired and then contact the manufacturer so they can dispatch an authorized company to complete the recall repair

I am rejecting this response because: As previously stated, I did not receive a correct diagnostic. A proper diagnostic would have told me that half of my range was working. It would then be my decision to replace the cook-top or to continue using it until I obtain funds to buy a new one, or I could have another company repair the cook-top. I never got that chance because your technician incorrectly diagnosed that my entire cook-top was not working, so I immediately put out funds when I did not have to. Again, my claim is for the fact that your tech did not provide a correct diagnostic because he said the entire stove was dead which it was notYou keep saying that I would have to buy a new cook-top but you can not know that because the tech never new that half of it was workingTherefore, maybe it was another part? if I had hired a different company they would have thrown the breaker as part of their diagnostic. The fact that your tech did not do this basic procedure of throwing the breaker proves that he did not do a correct diagnostic.I should have know that something was wrong when your technician made a statement about "oh that is an induction". Later he must of felt guilty about charging me $dollars for less than an hour "diagnostic" with no repairs, because he started talking and talking. After he left my wife expressed the same observations that I have just written. You keep saying I paid for a diagnostic and that is what I got - no I paid to have you come repair my appliances and the diagnostic was part of the fee to repair. However your costs were so ridiculous it forced me not repair any of my three appliances. The fact that you keep saying that I paid for a diagnostic fee confirms that you are running a scam on people. That being - pay you a price that equals a new appliance or loose your diagnostic fee. Finally, before I filed this complaint I called you to discuss my concerns. Instead of listening to me you proceeded to attack me with condescending comments towards me - I did not deserve that as a customer or as a Human being!
Regards,

We informed you when you scheduled the appointment of our diagnostic fee(s)The tech that performed the diagnoses has many years of experience? and is confident of his diagnosesUnfortunately there are times when it is better to purchase? a new appliance rather to have an older unit
repaired, you made the choice not to proceed based on the repair cost

By flipping the breaker half of the range started working...if the control board the technician recommended replacing had been installed the entire range would have been repairedYou did not pay to have the appliance fixed, you paid for a diagnostic fee and that is exactly? what we performedYou chose not to move forward with the repairs
