My problem was discovered on May 4th, I live in a rented condominium at Fleur Royale Condos, managed by Keller Properties whose Property Manager is Vicki *** My condo includes storage locker #that was assigned to me by the Fleur Royale management office In this locker, I stored a variety of my personal possessions under the impression this storage locker was my property I purchased the lock for securing the locker Fleur Royale management does not have keys to this storage locker and I assumed my possessions would not be disturbed On the evening of May 4th, I went to my storage locker #and found a brand new lock on the door that was not mine I immediately attempted to contact Keller Properties by calling the Emergency after hours number In addition my landlord did the same No one replied to our calls or pleas for help that evening and Keller's Emergency Number promised we would be contacted the following morning Much to my frustration, no calls were retu

Keller Property has been managing our town home association for yearsFrom their owner down to the receptionist, they are rude and will hang up on youWhile we were out of town paved our driveway while our car was parked insideNotice given only a few hours prior to pavingFortunately we had parked one car outside on the road and by the time we returned the pavement was dry enough we could drive over itIn the past they used my water outlet to power to wash the entire neighborhood's siding and never asked me for permission to useThey have posted notices and warnings on the wrong housesThis is one management company with zero relations, investment or interest in the community they are "managing" and horrible communication practices
