I am sorry that you are having a issue with your car but the car was worked on in a shop that we had purchased and movedThat being said I do not have access to what was done to the vehicle because we do not have the same computer systemEven though you provided a bank statement this does not let us know what was done to the car or where the part came fromWe tried to offer you a discount rate where we would provide the new heater core and antifreeze at no cost even though you cannot provide a receipt but you declinedWe cannot issue a warranty on just bank records as the manufacturer of all parts require a detailed invoice to determine if they will even pay labor costMost manufacturers state in there warranties labor is not covered anywaySorry that we cannot help you to your satisfaction
