We bought the model home in Lago Del Rey, Land O Lakes, FL and William Ryan was supposed to carry the insurance for one year while they leased it back to us They put the insurance policy in THEIR NAME even though we had paid for the home We couldn't get insurance for it because they were still in there using it as a sales office It has been months now and they still refuse to put the policy in our name If something happens to the house, they get the money Also, we will have to pay a penalty of $extra for our insurance because of this bungle! It is something that would take minutes to amendDO NOT BUY a model home from William Ryan!!!! They are very difficult to work with!!! STILL WAITING!!! Also wanted to buy the Model furniture but it was "ALL OR NOTHING"! We liked a lot of the furniture but couldn't work with them!

I sent our daughter to Blu By The Sea we were desperate for help. I want to thank [redacted] and his staff for saving our daughter's life. It is so nice to have our daughter back and if she had not went to Blu By The Sea she would not be with us any longer.

Hello [redacted], Today marks a milestone in my life. I have been Sober for one year. There is no way it would have happened without my Lord and savior [redacted], Blu by the Sea, and my loving family. My wife and daughter's belief in me gave me the strength to go on. Your highly skilled and caring staff helped me gain the skills to fight this terrible disease. I would say to anybody struggling with any kind of addiction that Blu by the Sea is the way to go. I would highly recommend Blue By the Sea as a drug and alcohol rehabilitation treatment facility. The staff, nurses and counselors go above and beyond to make sure that all clients needs are met. The non 12 step approach to recovery and the cognitive behavior therapy root cause approach is certainly effective in understanding why we turn to substance. I feel that I have been provided with tools and resources to live a happy and sober life. The facility itself is BEAUTIFUL. The food was EXCELLENT. I am happy to recommend this facility to anyone in need.

Also, we will have to pay a penalty of $3000 extra for our insurance because of this bungle! It is something that would take 5 minutes to amend. DO NOT BUY a model home from William Ryan!!!! Blu by the Sea has impacted me in so many positive ways I have truly found myself I have never been in true touch with who I am its a wonderful facility it doesn't just focus on drugs they find the root problem and then take off from there and help find solutions on making a difference when you leave a place like this I am blessed that I had the opportunity to work on me with the great staff of Blu by the Sea

The people here are wonderful and they truly care about your well-being. The 12 day sauna program will completely detoxify your body and give you the fresh start that you need to get back to your life, drug and alcohol free. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
