[redacted] Byrd came to our rescue after we had gone with two other tile people/companies. The first never showed up and the second pretty much destroyed our bathroom. [redacted] came in with his crew and did an AMAZING job. We have had NOTHING to complain about and have found ZERO problems with his work. He was professional (where the other two certainly were not) prompt to respond, prompt to be on the job and actually finished it in 3 days. I would recommend [redacted] Byrd Tile to anyone needing tile work. This work was done by [redacted] Byrd Tile in late 2014.
[redacted] and his crew were absolutely fantastic. They are a small business with attention to detail and excellence in service. They exceeded my expectations in all areas of the job. It can be hard to find companies who are knowledgeable, hard working and honest and this company definitely exhibit all of these qualities and I had a great final product of their job well done.
