in response to the headlights, hood shocks and the windshield, GEICO insurance has denied this part of the claim as they have found it to not be part of the accident. it also was not an operation that G & C Auto Body was paid for nor did we...

perform any repairs on this part of the vehicle. In regards to the door trim panel and the polish on the vehicle we have had several appointments to meet with Mr. [redacted] which he has failed to appear at. we are eager to resolve Mr. [redacted]'s concerns and determine the validity of his claim. We need to meet with him and his insurance company at the shop. Which can be scheduled with a simple phone call to [redacted] (general manager) at XXX-XXX-XXXX. this was a relatively simple repair as the vehicle was keyed and not involved in a collision.

First of all. The shocks and. Windshield. Bracket was fine. Before the repair. Was made. And. And I get the car back and they are broken also I have shown up so many times at the shop and every time I get directed to a different guy and the answer is the same one I was always told that the parts were going to get order and that they would call me when I they had them ready. Im not willing to keep on wasting gas and time. I can request my cellphone provider a call log for the last 5 months to show how many times they allegedly have contacted me with attempts of meeting with me. Also I was told by the gnc representative and He told me it would not be a simple repair so ad this point I have lost all credibility in gnc as a good reliable repair shop.

We can only do what GEICO approves on the repairs and GEICO is your insurance company and they are the ones paying your bill. there have been several appointments set up with GEICO that you did not keep. Our only resolution at this point is to have you call our general manager [redacted] on his cell at XXX-XXX-XXXX and he will set up a meeting between you, GEICO and himself to get this resolved. Please call [redacted] ASAP so that we can take care of the issues that you have. he will set up a meeting with GEICO and you. You will need to attend this meeting and bring the vehicle.
