Company staff is uncooperative, rude and unprofessional. commission of trespass to land. Provocative behavior. Use of demoralizing language.
Late in the evening, 3/27/13 at 10pm, company's vehicle was seen on private property, when inquired about purpose, [redacted], the company owner stated that had just delivered a car to a homeowner but refused to provide details, became upset, used foul language. When the caller informed him that he might have committed trespass to land and was to provide evidence that warranted his presence on the property, he continued with derogatory insults and made comments insinuating his willingness to come back and make reprisal.
