I have *** warranty which includes septic tank. I placed a service request on 1/23/20. G&C rep showed up and on 1/27/20 and lied to my husband that service is not covered under the contract charging him $400. I tried to dispute the transaction with my credit card but they said they will be investigating. *** hasn’t done anything yet, they keep saying they’re waiting for G&C to respond. Meanwhile the septic tank is still an issue. There is a puddle in my yard and it stinks. G&C didn’t fix anything.

Needed to schedule a septic tank inspection. Scheduled an appointment for the first availability. A Friday. We filled out the forms they requested from us and heard nothing from them till Thursday morning when they cancelled our appointment on us without notice.
Our clients requested that G&C not charge their payment method until they gave confirmation. Thursday morning G&C called our client twice in a row to get confirmation. Our client was unable to answer as he was working. Although G&C had our phone number as well, they did not notify us that the appointment would be cancelled. Nor did they try to contact us before sending us an email THURSDAY MORNING telling us our appointment was cancelled. We immediately replied giving them authorization and they told us it was too late and we would have to reschedule.

YOU WERE NEVER OUR CLIENT - However, in response to your review, your recount of the events that took place is highly inaccurate. I telephoned the client to get approval (which he required before doing any work) on Wednesday and Thursday for an appointment that was Friday morning. He did not return either telephone call and therefore the appointment was cancelled on Thursday. You contacted my office and my secretary advised that I would return the call when I was done. You then chose to write a bad review before even speaking with me on the telephone. I returned the telephone call approximately an hour and half later (as I was working and in a meeting). You yelled at me on the telephone as I was explaining our situation, told me if I would put it back on the schedule you would take down the bad review (attempting to blackmail me), you then hung up on me. I called you back and left a message (because you refused to answer my call) and told you I would check when I got back to the office for an appointment. Upon returning to the office, I then received emails that you were sending to all parties involved that stated you had been told we could not get you back on the schedule for 2 weeks (which never happened) - and the client insisted in an email that he never told us that he was waiting for loan approval. I then sent a copy of the request to everyone - which showed that he actually did write that on the paperwork. You then asked if we could get the work done by next Tuesday or Wednesday. I let everyone know that we had another tank reschedule for Friday and I could actually do the work on Friday. All was set and the work was completed. YOU did not meet us on site, the listing agent did. Then you updated your review to make it sound as though we did something wrong and corrected the problem. Shon called to question you about this to which your reply was "your lucky I did anything at all" and your temper got the best of you. Your use of the f . . . word and several other expletives during the conversation was very unprofessional and disgusting, and you again hung up in the middle of the conversation. To point out a couple of things 1) YOU were not our client, nor were you paying for the work with your credit card; 2) I cannot charge someone's credit card when they have not authorized it; 3) You are not the realtor on this transaction, and have no authority to authorize someone else's credit card, and 4) your first action was to write a bad review rather than trying to resolve the issue. We give excellent customer service, which is evident by our reviews and look forward to doing business with real estate agents and homeowners. However, we will never do business with you again.

Ken and Erin called me within 10 minutes of my talking with Connie. They were able to be here within 20 minutes. They did a wonderful job. Ken answered all of my questions and offered me great advice on the care of my septic tank. They were here, finished their job, and were gone within 90 minutes of my initial phone call, Thank you C&S Septic.
Ken and Eric are excellent in professionalism and customer service. They arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time. They were very effective and efficient, completing the job in less than 15 minutes. I experienced great service and great attitudes.

Ken and Eri did a fantastic job! They arrived the same day as our call and immediately went to work. They dug out the lids of both of our tanks, pumped them, and refilled the holes so well that you would hardly know they had been there - all in less than an hour! They charged us a fair price and were friendly and professional. We will definitely call them back next time!

Wow, talk about service..... called the office and Ken and Eri were there in less than twenty minutes...Actually, they just happened to be finishing up a job close by....they got it done..we are very pleased
