I took my car too G customs for repairs. The dealership has found multiple things that has been done incorrectly.
My problem date was December 28,2019 and My full payment amount was $5,500 for collision repairs . The repairs were incorrectly done , there are wrong parts installed on my vehicle , and the owner has had my car in his possession for 5 months .

Desired Outcome

The resolution that I am seeking from the business is to refund all of my money back ($5,500) , so that I can get my only means of transportation for my daughter and I fixed correctly.

My vehicle was at the repair shop for months . The claims adjuster said that the work was not completed and not properly done . I need to be refunded
The vehicle completely fell apart while I was driving . They are both saying that they have nothing to do with the repairs . I will have to pay out of pocket to get the work completed correctly and I have no money . My insurance company says that they will not pay again . They are saying to bring the vehicle back to *** shop . They are moving shops and I will not have the correct address on file . They will not provide me with paperwork on what work was done or what State Farm deemed what should be done . They are giving me the run around and are lying . I absolutely do not trust these people and wish I would have chosen a better shop . This is not the first complaint against this shop and Im sure it wont be the last .

I am seeking a refund for the money State Farm paid for labor and parts and the cost of rental for the outrageous length of time the shop took for repairs .

I paid to purchase and have automatic running boards installed on my SUV. The work was never done and I have been waiting to receive my refund.
On May 1st,2018 I paid $2805.00 via Square to ***, *** to have automatic running boards purchased and installed, as well as have my driver side rear door painted on my SUV. I dropped my SUV off on May 23rd @ 10am I was told it would be ready on May 25th, 2018. My SUV was not ready as promised I was given May 30th,2018 as a finish date. When I arrived to pick up the SUV it had not been touched. Apparently, the wrong sized running boards had been ordered but not once was I informed of this. I spoke with Mr. several times after this as he claimed to be ordering different running boards that would be cheaper. I was told to bring the truck back on June 6th, 2018 and was told I would be provided with a rental due to me having to rent a car previously because the my SUV sat at the shop for about a week with nothing done to it. Needless to say there was no rental upon arrival and I was asked to come back on Sat. June 9th or 16th, 2018. I realized at this point that I was getting the run around and requested a full refund. I was told he did not have that amount accessible but if I would give him the opportunity to repayment him and he would start with $1500 the next week, I didn't want partial payment I wanted a full refund. I tried disputing the charge with my bank but due to me paying through Square to his personal account I lost the dispute. I went back to Mr *** so that he could make this right, on August 21st, 2018 he agreed to paint my door and refund $2405 via text. On August 27th, 2018 he did paint my door and hood for $700 and was to refund me $2105.00. I have texted and called Mr. numerous times with no avail. As of today, Friday Oct. 19th,2018 I still owed $2105.00 from ***, Jr of G Custom and Automotive Center.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have the $2105.00 refunded to me by Friday, Oct. 26th, 2018.

I received my total refund from GS Customs on Friday, Nov. 2, 2018. The owner apologized for the prolonged wait an inconvenience. My issue as resolved.

Shop did poor job repairing my car. The shop also left drop marks in the paint job, parts missing off my car and keeps giving me the run around about fixing it . Keeps setting up dates for me to bring my car but doesn't answer when I try to. Had my car for about 2 months working on it and kept giving me the run around about parts being delayed.

Refund Give me a refund on the work i will have to let another shop complete repair and fix bad work that was done on it before
