The roof had leaking problems which this contractor was supposed to fix and for which he was paid for. There is a five year warranty from him. This work was done in February 3013. Last month we have a leak at the same spot that was supposed to be fixed. I have been chasing him for a month but he has not showed up to even see the problem.
