On February 10, 2010 this firm contracted to refinish my driveway with a four year warranty. The driveway has failed and no response from the firm.
On February 10, 2010 this firm contracted to refinish my driveway with a four year warranty. The price was high but considering the four year warranty I thought it reasonable. The driveway has failed several times. After considerable probing it was refinished. It failed again and on May 12, 2012 I advised the firm of this but suggested no action be taken to see if more defects showed up. I was out of town because our daughter was terminal and did not return until the end of 2012. On March 26, 2013 I again contacted this firm with no response. On April 24, 2013, [redacted] called and said he has been very sick and he would have his son look at the driveway. I did not hear further from him even though I called on May 15, 2013, June 12, 2013, June 19, 2013 and August 12, 2013. The finish on the driveway has never lasted more than a couple months. It is apparent that this firm is unqualified to do this work even though it represented it was. I request a refund of the purchase price of [redacted]
