I stand by my facts:

MrP[redacted] claimed that my fact is ‘complete
fabricated' but yet he acknowledges key facts like he came to my house and took
$cash from me for trip charge
2.
MrP[redacted] did not disclose his trip charge
fee up frontWhen I asked him about his fees on the phone, he insisted that he
had to come to take a look first
3.
When I called him, I told him that the problem
was likely from the dishwasher as I have already checked the kitchen sink and
the pipes underneath and isolated the problemAt this point, MrP[redacted] could
have disclosed his limitation when it comes to fixing a dishwasher, yet he
didn't disclose itAfter he came, he claimed that he could not fix the dishwasher
solenoid because it's "electrical"He referred me to his electrician friend
who wanted to charge me another $243, which would add up to $343, almost the
price for a new dishwasher

Later, a plumber from [redacted] fixed
our dishwasher for $which includes trip, part and labor - all in one stop,
and this plumber told us that there's nothing "electrical" about
it that a plumber cannot fix.
As a consumer, I'm all supportive of people in small
businessesBut no matter a big or small business, treating customer fairly
with transparency is critical for a satisfying business relationshipIn this
case, I feel that MrP[redacted] failed to disclose information so critical that
would have definitely changed my decision to have him come to my houseHad Mr
P[redacted] disclosed key deal-breaking info (trip charge and inability to fix the
dishwasher) upfront with good-faith, it would have been transparent and likely
avoid this complaint

We tried contacting the customer several times. We asked him to call to rectify the situation, he chose not to. He was happy when we left because we diagnosed the problem. I'm sorry he is unhappy and it came to this.
Complete fabricated story. Called by gentleman to come out for leak on floor. He thought water was coming out of kitchen sink on to floor. Begged me to come out same day. Found water on floor, not coming from kitchen sink. Pulled apart base of dishwasher. Found leak coming from selenoid valve....
Referred him to a very reputable small appliance repair man. Charged him a service call, beat me down to 100 dollars in cash. It seems some people think, that you should come out to they're houses for free. When we have to pay overhead, insurances, etc. We pride ourselves on our service and are not out there to scam anybody. He seemed happy when we left. If you would like to discuss this further, please call the office. Which you didn't do start. You decided to assault my reputation instead, through fabrication.
