For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I also reached to *** in regards to the dispute that I am having with G E Matthews on October 19, however I have not received a response. I provided *** with the video showing the condition of the home when we released the premise back to GE Matthews in AugustI was a faithful tenant to GE Matthews always paying my rent and I can recall less then times being late in years. When we submitted the initial walk through, I noted the conditions of everythingI would say that I was an ideal tenant and never caused any disturbances while living at there locationI even left improvements to the home prior to our departureI have decided due to the lack of response to this matter as well as the dispute in regards to the condition of the home, I will have no choice but to file a civil suit against GE Matthews and we will wait for the outcome of the judicial system

Review: Today we received a refund check in the amount of $134.50. The deductions that were taken from the check after a total credit of 907.50 was received where as follows: Cracked window pane $38.00, Clean Carpets $225.00, Clean unit $175.00, Painting $250.00, Removal of bee hive $ 85.00. I called the company and left a message for the company to call me back. I am offended due to the fact that I have video proof of how the home was left and the return time of the key. These charges are offensive and absurd. We cleaned the carpets twice before we left he the home and have proof of the carpets and the hard wood floors and the tiles in the bathroom. We have video proof of the window panes. We have video proof the condition of the home, the microwave, the kitchen, the bathrooms, all closets and the washroom and appliances.. After two years of renting and being called model tenants, leaving improvements in the home (i.e 2 ceiling fans, and a screen sliding door for the patio). There were no bee hives in the front of the home and we never ventured into the back of the home due to seeing 2 snakes and a very steep incline. These charges are absurd.Desired Settlement: I expect a refund in the full amount of $773.00 and an apology letter for these charges.

I was a faithful tenant to GE Matthews always paying my rent and I can recall less then 5 times being late in 2 years. When we submitted the initial walk through, I noted the conditions of everything. I would say that I was an ideal tenant and never caused any disturbances while living at there location. I even left improvements to the home prior to our departure. I have decided due to the lack of response to this matter as well as the dispute in regards to the condition of the home, I will have no choice but to file a civil suit against GE Matthews and we will wait for the outcome of the judicial system.
