I would like to share my emails to G Energy. I have been emailing them about the issue Im having with my solar panels. Please read If you are having issues with them, lets communicate [redacted].

I have been emailing your people about my solar panels and the question I been asking in the emails is When are you guys going to come and add more solar panels to the system I have now? My APS bill is still OUTRAGOUS and its like im paying two APS bills meaning im paying over $200 for your system and close to $200 for my APS bill. Im to the point where im about to talk to a lawyer and take you guys to court for breach of contract. ( not delivering the service we agreed on) Please get back to me on this matter.

Review: La compania GEnergy me contacto para ofrecerme paneles solares, me hizieron un estimado de cuantos paneles solares necesitaria comprar para que me cubrieran mi gasto de luz de mi casa cada mes, tambien me dijieron que con los paneles yo ya no pagaria a la compania de luz, nomas tendria que pagar el prestamo por los paneles solares, lo cual fue mentira por que los paneles solares que me intalaron no cubrieron ni el gasto de luz del invierno que acaba de pasar (sin tener prendida la refrigeracion de la casa), ahora que esta llegando el verano y tengo que prender la refrigeracion de la casa, tendre que pagar el prestamo mas el recibo de luz.

Tambien nos dijieron que el govierno tenia un reembolso del 30% del costo de los paneles , lo cual nos lo regresarian cuando hizieramos la declaracion de impuestos y por eso ese 30% lo separaron del prestamo y nos lo pusieron a 18 meses sin intereses, pero al hacer la declaracionde impuestos nomas me regresaron una pequena parte de ese 30% y el plazo de los 18 meses ya se cumplira en unos meses. Nunca nos dijieron que no nos regresarian el total del 30% para poder pagar ese prestamo.

-Yo antes tenia un pago fijo de luz de 200.00 dlls x mes

- Hoy:Prestamo#1 de los paneles pago:220.66 x mes por el financiamiento de 25,897.00, . financiandose a 12 anos

- Prestamo # 2 a 18 meses SI INTERESES: 12,523.00

Mas mi recibo de luz del mes

Costo TOTAL de los paneles solares: 38,425.00 DllasDesired Settlement: Mi solucion:

Que paguen por lo menos 3/4 parted de los 2 prestamos de los paneles solares o' que retiren los paneles solares de mi casa y que me limpien de deuda

Review: I am in disagreement with the information provided by G Energy because I was promised an $8,560 refund, I did not receive this refund. I was cheated into signing a contract with the condition that this amount would be paid, without that promise I would not have signed because that amount is too high for me.Desired Settlement: Yes, if it can be done, cancel the whole installation and that they fix my roof by the damage caused. Or another way is for them to refund the amount of $8,560, as was promised and that they add another solar panel because the savings do not reflect on my bill.

Review: They promised me that the government would refund a credit depending on the purchase, and my tax preparer told me that not all people qualify for this credit, this is something GEnergy did not tell me, and now I have to pay and I don’t have the money to pay. They told me I was no longer going to pay electricity as soon as the panels were installed, that there were enough solar panels to process enough electricity to cover the electricity consumed in my household. This also is not true, I am still paying receipts for electricity and they are high.They also shorted me a solar panel and they told me they would refund me money for that panel and they have only given me a portion of the refund, they also owe me money for referrals I sent to them and they have given me any money for that, and I am very disappointed and I do not want anyone else to go through the same, I did it to save money and had worse consequences.

Desired Settlement: I want it so that I do not have to pay the money to the government or what is owed and that they pay me what they owe me.Thank you for your support and bless you.
