We've rescheduled warranty work based on the customers request.

I never expected a contractor to be as honest and easy to work with as G. Fedale was. It was several months between the time I got a quote and when I finally called back to have our roof work completed. The price did not change over that extended period. I had to add some extra work, which was not a problem for them. The workers were very efficient and courteous, getting the job completed when and as expected. Although my wife and I had agreed with a particular color selection on a piece of flashing, that color, when it was installed, did not look as good to us as we were expecting. Much to our pleasure they offered to change it for us at no added expense. We selected the new color, they ordered it, and it was installed very quickly without any reservation or challenge on their part. We were very pleased with the final job, the price, and their follow through to ensure our satisfaction!

Very professional organization. Were prompt from the first call and communicated very effectively throughout the entire process. The follow up service was exceptional. They made sure all details were explained and all questions were answered. I'm confident my roof was installed correctly. Thank you again for your professional services!

We had a small siding and trim repair job done. G. Fedale was very responsive, worked with our scheduling needs and did a nice job. We were very pleased.
