G-Force Design Concepts Reviews (1)

Review: I am contacting you regarding non receipt of my refundable deposit, dated 01/31/2014, posted on my bank account with [redacted] on the same day. My [redacted] 1996 was picked up at your new location just off [redacted] in [redacted], PA by Flatbed Tow Truck on June 18, 2014 at 2 pm, the vehicle was in pieces, please see attached photos. The contract with G Force for my 1996 [redacted] required a $6,000.00 deposit to complete the requested work; I canceled the verbal contract and I removed my vehicle from your possession making the contract null and void. I originally started discussions to have custom painting completed on my 1996 [redacted] on 12/05/2013; I was given a verbal quote. I was then given a documented quote via email from John B[redacted] on 01/21/2014; the car and the $6,000.00 deposit were taken for work to start on 01/31/2014. I had stated that I was not in a hurry. I did not hear anything from G Force the entire month of February 2014, midway through March I called the number that you have listed on your web page (717-263-1994) and it was disconnected. I then found out that you had moved to the new location on [redacted]. I was not contacted by G Force to update me on the new location or provide me with updated contact information. I was able to find your new number; there is rarely an answer, nor an answering machine. I then started to go by the new location on [redacted]. I visited your place of business 4 separate times before arriving when someone was there working. I was told that due to the move the proper painting equipment was not ready, so my [redacted] was not done but it would be the first in line to be painted, that it would be showroom quality. I stated that was acceptable. The same scenario persisted throughout the month of April. I arrived at your facility the end of April and my [redacted] was in pieces, I was assured that my car would be painted and back together by the beginning of June. I had 2 visits in May 2014 and there was no progress, my frustration continued to grow. I arrived on June 10, 2014 and saw that my car sat in the same disheveled state. I ordered a cease and desist. I then scheduled on June 18, 2014 for my 1996 [redacted] to be picked up by Flatbed tow truck, the parts were put in a [redacted] and [redacted] Mini Van, and removed from the possession of G Force. The owner, John B[redacted] was not there, nor was your partner to offer an apology for the state of my treasured [redacted] or to inform me when I could expect my refund.Desired Settlement: Today is July 16, 2014 and I still have not been refunded my deposit or been contacted regarding arranging settlement for property damages to my 1996 [redacted]. After review of the pictorial evidence you will easily see the great expense I will incur to put my 1996 [redacted] back together. I am requesting we work this out so that it does not have to move to a legal proceeding. Please contact me immediately to discuss your intentions for payment.
