I really enjoy G Fox & CO being a first-time customer. I always go with a review first before buying any product. For G Fox & CO being in business for 10 years means a lot compared to many businesses in the Canadian market that have failed within 5 years of being opened. As well I really enjoy the two pairs of glasses with the new cases that came in this year with the bamboo case. It is a very unique concept in a market that has to compete with bigger and expensive brands. The glasses are light and when the temp gets very hot my glasses have not burned my skin like other brands. As well with the sunglass polarized and made from wood. It was a WIN-WIN for me.

Junior & his G Fox team agreed to sell me a product which they did not have & were not able to reproduce. Once they received my e-transfer the wait time was extended significantly & repeated attempts to contact them were ignored. Repeated requests for a tracking number were also ignored.
They finally sent me the wrong product, then offered to meet me to exchange it (pretending to have the product I originally ordered) or deliver a refund & pick up the wrong product. They then reneged & told me I had to return it by mail. G Fox refused to provide a receipt or invoice & insisted I return the wrong product by mail despite no proof of purchase.
When I called the number they provided to confirm their event posted on their website so I could go to exchange the product for a refund, ***.

Love love love Gfox products! Always something new and great quality! Friendly service and the bonus is that he's a Canadian artisan! Love to support my peeps! Great workmanship! Keep it coming gfox!

I purchased my first time piece from G Fox in 2010 and every year since I find them at a show in and around Toronto where I buy another watch (or more recently sunglasses or other accessories) for myself or as gift.

The quality and uniqueness of their products as well as the friendliness of their staff is what keeps me coming back. I like to support local designers, especially those with a mission. G Fox is one of those brands.

I would rate this business a 10 star if that was an option. G Fox & Co makes the most amazing products. While handcrafted to perfection the quality is also superb!!! I have seen their products at trade shows and local markets and have always been delighted with my experience. Not only are the products beautiful but so are the owners and employees. They always go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They are certainly a happy go lucky team and leave you feeling with an amazing product and an ever better experience. I would like to review this business as I have genuinely had the BEST customer service from Junior and the G Fox & CO team.
I had the pleasure of meeting Junior at Canal Days in Port Colborne in 2016, at which time I purchased the most amazing pair of sunglasses. I absolutely loved them and continued to wear them until October 2017. Unfortunately these glasses were stolen from my car.
I contacted Junior and explained what had happened and he immediately responded to my email ensuring I would have the glasses replaced at a reduced cost due to the fact they had been stolen and these were my absolute favourite glasses to date.
I not only replaced the pair that were stolen, I purchased another pair while Junior FaceTimed me at a market he was set up at.
I received both pair within days but unfortunately the second pair I purchased didnt suit me at all.
I sent an email explaining this to him and he quickly responded by saying he would send me a pair similar to the ones I lost and not to worry about returning the second pair I wasn't happy with.
Again, within 3 days I had another amazing pair waiting for me in my mailbox.
I called Junior right away and thanked him, and also complemented him on his amazing customer service.
I would highly recommend this company and look forward to purchasing more items from G Fox &CO in the future!!!!!!!
