G & G Aerobics

Review: [redacted], owner of G&G Aerobics, installed a septic system for my home at a cost of $11,000. The system was promised to alleviate the water pooling that we had experienced with the old system. To date, the system has not worked properly, The front yard of my home is a bog. It is unusable and even worse, it has prevented us from putting the house on the market. We cannot sell the house with the yard in its current condition. [redacted] has "tweaked" and re-designed the system several times, but it is currently not working properly. In addition, after contacting the local environmental health agency, we discovered that [redacted] didn't file a permit for the re-design nor did he have his work inspected; therefore, the system does not meet state code standards. He has been contacted many times over the past few months and he always have an excuse for our problem that does not involve his shoddy work.Desired Settlement: We would like a partial refund so we can hire another septic tank company to fix the problem and we can sell the house. I have a sister who is ill and I need to move closer to her. We cannot sell the house until the yard is usable.
