The client and I discussed the original issue of some of the grass dying off via email on 7/25/ I told him I would stop out to take a look that week and see what what going on with it I had hoped to do so prior to going away the week of 7/but was unable to make it However, I should have emailed the client to alert him of my delay and that I would look upon my return the following week I did not get the chance and once I returned I saw the letter from the Revdex.com that weekend I contacted the client on Sunday 8/6/when I returned to town and stopped out to take a look at the issue A turf disease had killed some of the new grass I discussed with the client on 8/8/that this occurred due to the weather being warm and humid that made conditions suitable for disease development There was also disease development in other areas of his lawn not related to our project Even though I told him it was no one's fault that this happened I would be happy to do some touch up seeding for him at no cost when the timing would be more appropriate to avoid a similar issue We talked about early September timeframe as being a good time to seed providing the weather cooperated We touched base again at the beginning of September about a time to do the followup work and I reseeded and topdressed the areas that were bare/thin on Monday September 11th Please LMK if you have any questions regarding this followup, closure of the issue and if you need anything else from me at this time Also, please confirm you got this email Have a great day!
