My fiance was just there minutes prior to my arrivalHe was let in by Sharon where they discussed any open vacanciesOver the course of weeks I was steadily attempting to make contactThey were updating and posting their ads almost dailyIf there were so many challenges taking place how is it that they can still make time to advertise properties? How is it that my fiance was told they would be office until 3:30pm the same day he was there with me showing up minutes after he left which was shortly after 1pmTheir timeline is bogus and excuses of disposition is ridiculousThey know they went out of their way to blatantly ignore my presence after I stood in the pouring rain waiting for someone to respond as they were thereSincerely, [redacted]
In response to the complaint referenced in ID# [redacted] , we are sorry for the difficulty that is describedby this consumerWe have agents that work in our office and during the week of the 27th of October,one of them was on vacationThe owner and agent that was working that week handled several moveinsand property issues which involve being off siteWe also had a disaster at one of the residences wemanage during this weekBetween the 50-phone calls a day the move ins and disaster that tookplace, we did the best we could in the situation we were in.We responded to all inquiries if units were still available for rent and had to disregard any calls thatpertained to units that were already rented and not availableUsually the last week of the month isquite calm and not busy, therefore the other agent being on vacation is not usually an issue for us.In reference to cars being present at the time she stopped by the office; there are vehicles that park inthe permitted parking spaces around our office that have no reference to our businessUsually we haveonly or cars present during the day that belong to our staff, or vendors that we do business with.We have been in business for many years and have had very few complaints but we appreciate hearingfrom a consumer when they experience issues so we can address them.~~Sharon G [redacted] , PresidentG&G Property Management Inc
