At this time, I have been contacted directly by G & G Store Fixtures, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have called *** from G&G store fixtures on a weekly basis, I have to leave a message because he does not answer the phone. He also does not call you back, once in a while you can get someone at the shop but they say they only work their and can not help you. The only way I could figure out how to speak with him was to have a friend pose as a new client and he got a phone call back with in minutes. When I took the phone somehow he never received any of the weekly messages I left and was very apologetic. This was followed up with his usual story of everything is done and he will call me back with a delivery date for this week. That was three weeks ago and no call back, this is an ongoing game for the last seven months he has played with thousand dollars of my money.

Review: I gave [redacted] from G and G Store Fixtures a $12,000.00 dollar deposit on August **, 2014 for a custom salad bar and soda case that was to be completed on September **, 2014. We entered a legal contract that we both signed and dated. It has been more that 5 months (January **, 2015) and he has not delivered our case. He does not answer his business phone, he is not returning messages on his business line and his cell phone has been turned off.Desired Settlement: It has been more than 5 months and we feel that G and G Store Fixtures should honor the contract and deliver our merchandise or pay us a full refund on our deposit.
