Mr [redacted] originally called our business in need of tiresHe gave us the tire size of [redacted] as well as the specific brand of tire he was looking forHe was provided with a quote over that phone that satisfied himHe asked if we could email him a copy of the quote which we didMr [redacted] responded to the emailed quote stating that he was very happy with the price and that he would like to move forward with the tire replacementThe tires were ordered and delivered to our facilityMr [redacted] came to our facility to have the tires installedThe [redacted] showed him the tires prior to them being installed and again he gave us the go ahead to replace themAfter the tires were replaced and reinstalled on his trailer he was again showed the tires and he said that he was very happyThe next day he called us stating that he gave us the wrong size tire by mistakeUnfortunately once the tires were used and rode on they cannot be returned to the manufacturerWe have done everything possible to try and help him with this situationHe gave us the tire size that he wanted, saw the emailed quote, saw the tires prior to installation as well as saw the tires after installation and had no complaints at all.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Once the tire dealer installed the first 2 tires on one side as a professional in the field of tires they should of came out to the waiting room and told me those tires will rub and they can not with a good conscious install them. Those tires will rub once up to operating temperature, and cause catastrophic failure and loss of property to me and others on the road. If the tire dealer would of leveled with me up front that these tires will not work and to have me back another day with the proper size tires. Regardless of what I thought I needed as a customer they are the professionals and guided me correctly. I called the tire wholesaler who told me the whole country is back logged on my correct size tire.The dealer told me the 85 aspect tire is easier to get and would only be a half inch difference a total of an inch for both tires next to each other. I ask this dealer if this aspect size 85 rather than the correct size 80 would make a difference and he said no just a half inch, however that makes a big difference and after they saw that they should have immediately held off not just to make another sale. I did not want to spend almost $600 on something that is no good to me.I called the dealer several times feeling I'm getting the run around. [redacted] said he will sell me another set of tires, and will only give me my money back after he sells those tires to someone else. Not fair. Not right just to make a sale!Regards, [redacted]

ref invoice *** 08/12/ *** *** customer came in and requested that ,we re program his key fobs and rotate his tires after hooking up our scanner to his car it took an hour to re program the key fob and rotate his tires at check out i
advised the customer that one fob was completely dead and the other was working but had a weak signal I also advised the customer that he should replace the key fobs to avoid this problem in the future , so he left with one key fob working , the next day he came in to say it had stop working that morning he spoke to my service manager chad and was told the same thing I told him prior I also told my service manager chad to give the customer a partial refunds as it seemed upset , we did spend an hour on the reprogram and we charge per so its not like we took his money and did nothing we asking for a full refund when we used our equipment and labor is not fair at all .
