On March 8, we replaced the water pump, timing chain & gear setThe water pump that we put on did have a defect where it was leaking and we replaced it under warrantyThe repairs that were done came with a year parts & labor warrantyIf there would have been a problem during that time the parts would have been replace at no cost to the customerThe parts were not installed incorrectlyIf they were installed incorrectly it would not have run in time with no issues for months and 27,milesI explained to the customer that its possible that there is internal damage and even putting a new chain on might not fix the carI told them that if they wanted me to install a new chain set that I would do it for $but I could not guarantee that it would fix the carI also gave them an estimate on replacing the motor but explained that the cost to replace the motor would exceed the value of the car but that I would be glad to do either for them if that what they wantedThey said that they would think about it and let me know what they wanted to doInstead of coming back to me and talking they sent a letter to the Revdex.com
