I sold back some uncirculated Iraq Dinars to GID the end of May All was OK until their check was returned In following up with my bank and the GID bank I was advised their was a seizure warranty issued by the northern US Virginia court Obviously no emails or calls have been returned

Review: I have had layaway orders with GID Associates for a few years. I have not received the currency that I paid for, nor have I received a refund. I have attempted to phone them and email them since June 2015.

Their policy states that they will send the equivalent amount of foreign currency if you elect not to pay the rollover fee, and the currency is then mailed to you. They owe me either a full refund, or the foreign currency for which I purchased from them!Desired Settlement: Refund!

Review: I have several layaway orders with GID Associates for the past several years for foreign currencies that I purchased with the company. It requires me to make a down payment on the currency and either pay off the balance in 30 days or exercise the option of "rolling over" for $24. Each month I exercise the option of rolling over at the $24 price. On June 6, 2015 I attempted to pay the rollover fee for three orders. Their system indicated that they are unable to take payments or new orders please check back later. So I decided to send in the money via express mail to their mailing address in [redacted]. I attempted to call via the phone and no answer. I attempted again today with no success. I noticed on June 7, 2015 that one of my order number was listed as expired which is entirely unfair and incorrect when their system is prohibiting me from making a payment on line. Why would they allow my open order to expire when they have not allowed me to pay as agreed the rollover option on a timely basis. My concern is that all 8 of my open orders with Gid will all expire as long as they continue to prohibit me from making a payment. This is absolutely unacceptable. I continue to call their number but no answer ! I want to make sure that at least if they are not going to take payment at least send the equivalent amount that I've purchased to this point. Usually if you elect not to pay and the order is expired and then the currency is mailed to you per their agreement. Now that page is missing on line with no reference. Please help me retrieve the currency owed to me!!

collin FergusonDesired Settlement: At the very least I would like for them to ship to me the equivalent amount or value of the various currencies I ordered for all eight of my open orders particularly if they will continue to show on line that they are unable to take payments.
