We were waiting for the parts to arrive from the factory to come back out and finish up the remaining service itemsWe have a technician scheduled to be there this Friday January 29thG & I Homes remains ready, willing and able to take care of any legitimate warranty issues on the homeAlso I have copied and pasted the email that was sent to Mr [redacted] today regarding his roof from the factory which is done correctlyMr [redacted] , We put Ice Guard on the eave of every home we build The Ice Guard starts at the drip edge and is about 36” wide We also put shingle underlayment paper on every home It covers the entire roof and lays over the top of the Ice Guard at the eaves Upon receiving your email, I asked G&I to please have someone look at your roof Gary from G&I Homes has pulled up some shingles on the front and rear eave of your home and found that the Ice Guard and shingle underlayment paper were applied as per our specifications (photos attached)Please let me know if you have any further questionsThank You, Sarah B

To whom it may concern:I have attached copies of the purchase agreements and the refund check stub for the [redacted] fileWe had agreed on a purchase price for the used home (which had a few cracked windows), we offered if we had matching windows in inventory we would replace them Unfortunately our company did not have the correct window sizes to replace the cracked windows so I offered a discount on the purchase of the home, and Mr [redacted] stated that was fairWe allowed the [redacted] 's to inspect the home after we removed carpets and skylights per their request before we signed final purchase agreement In the process of setting and completing home we damaged two window sashs which I sent out to be repairedI received a negative review from Mrs [redacted] on my store facebook page after the home was set I contacted Mr [redacted] about the post and asked him if there was something that I was not aware of that needed to be correctedThere were some items that needed attention after the home was set so we went out and corrected the items that needed attentionMr [redacted] stated he was not aware of the post and he would have it removed I believe at that time the only outstanding item was the windows that, I had sent out to another company to be repairedWhen G&I Homes received these windows from the glass company we went out and installed themWe did contact the [redacted] 's in reference to our final payment as our policy is, customers can not move into a home until we have received final paymentThere were some items preventing them from receiving there certificate of occupancy (which prevented final payment from lender) that were not part of our contract, but items that the [redacted] 's hired their own contractors forWhen we went to install the windows it was determined they had already moved into there home and we were not fundedWe made a follow up phone call asking for final payment, as they had moved into their homeMrs [redacted] again posted another negative review, but this time, on another one of G&I Homes's stores facebook pageI called Mr [redacted] asking about the second facebook post and was told, they did not appreciate that we kept calling about final payment I apologized for the hard feelings for contacting him for final payment, but reminded him that his family is living in a home that we were not paid in full for Mr [redacted] told me as soon as they received the money from the lender he would contact me, and then I offered to come and pick it up if need beI received notice from the lender when the check was mailed to the customer, I waited a week and then had to call Mr [redacted] againOn the 16th of December Mr [redacted] told me they received the check earlier in the week and that they would bring the check out to G&I Homes I exchanged checks with Mrs [redacted] on the 16thI believe this complaint was originally filed before we met and exchanged checksI have not received any complaints or items that still need attention sinceI regret this was not a more positive experience for all involved

To whom it may concern,I have contacted the customer we have been waiting on parts to come in to make repairs to her home from our manufacturerWe are in the process of receiving the parts to make the repairs and will be scheduling a technician to make the repairsMatt B***
