Review: I made a purchase for a coat called [redacted] in Size 6 USA on [redacted] December 2013 for a total of $147.92. As I am an international customer, in order to process the order, I was deferred to www.international checkout.com who processed my order and sent me the receipt advising that the order would be placed and dispatched in the coming days. It is now [redacted] January 2014 and after 20 emails back and forth from the international checkout to the [redacted] store, I have still not received my order, despite it being in stock and despite the fact I have paid for this. At one stage, international checkout emailed me advising that the reason why the order had not been processed was because my coat was no longer in stock, however I had been checking the wensite every day, and my coat was in stock and then all of a sudden when I checked the website that day of my complaint, it was showing in stock in another colour and not the one I had purchased, what was also suspicious was that the [redacted] newyork website changed the name of the Coat from [redacted] to Hayden and increased the price on its website, then edited the website so that the colour Camel and my size would show out of stock. They failed to change the description of the coat and still refer to it as the [redacted]. When I purchased the coat online, I had ticked a box indicating that if the colour was not available, that I would accept it in a different colour. They still have cream available in my size which I have requested yet I have still failed to hear back from the store. I believe this was all done deliberately by [redacted] as they no longer want to sell me the coat, I have no idea why?? They have since raised their price of the coat, maybe they dont want to give me the discounted price however this is what I purchased it for and they must honour that. Their behaviour is unacceptable, unprofessional and they are acting unprofessionally and illegally. I would like you to act on my behalf and ensure that I get what I have paiDesired Settlement: I want the cream or black or camel coat that I ordered andpaid for, reffered to now as [redacted] but was called [redacted] when I purchased it. It is still called [redacted] in the description which they stupidly failed to edit as part of there little scam. So now theyve been caught put acting unlawfully trying to avoid giving me this coat I purchased at a cheap price.
